Questions agents ask
How much does it cost for a letting agent?
The first property is free. Extra properties are £2 a month each, dropping to £0.90 as your portfolio grows - 25 properties is £44.25 a month, 100 properties is £138 a month, 250 properties is £273 a month. Booking engineers never needs a plan; you pay for each service you book.
Is the price different for agents and landlords?
No - everyone pays the same per-property price for the same number of properties. An agency account adds the tools for managing for clients: client grouping and more team logins.
Who pays for bookings?
The agency account books and pays by card. The card is held when you book and only charged once the engineer accepts the job.
Can my landlord clients log in?
Yes, read only. Share a client's properties with your landlord by email and they get their own login to see those properties' certificates and due dates, and download the certificates. They can't book, change anything or see your other clients - and you can stop sharing at any time.
I signed up as a landlord - can I switch?
Yes. Change your account type on the Plan page at any time. Your properties, bookings and certificates stay as they are.
