Who is responsible for plumbing repairs in a rental property?
In most tenancies the landlord is responsible for keeping the water supply, pipes, sinks, baths and toilets in repair. Tenants are usually responsible for damage they cause and for reporting problems promptly.
Can a plumber work on my gas boiler?
Only if they are Gas Safe registered. For boiler and gas appliance work, or your annual landlord gas safety check, book a Gas Safe registered engineer.
